Development Teams

U9-U14 | Elementary and Middle School

Players and teams may choose to fund additional opportunities, such as:

  • Video recording of games
  • Additional tournaments
  • President and State Cup competitions
  • Strength and conditioning training

Uniform Kit

Uniforms are purchased through Aretyn.

Competitive team uniform kits are $410 + taxes and shipping. They include:

  • Game Jerseys (1 White, 1 Navy)
  • Game Shorts (Boys: 1 White, 1 Navy; Girls: 2 Navy)
  • Game Socks (1 White, 1 Navy)
  • Practice Jersey (Orange)
  • Practice Shorts (Navy)
  • Backpack
  • Longsleeve 1/4 Zip

There is a separate kit for Development, Futures, and Mini Citizens teams with less items.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are payment plans available?

City SC Frederick offers two options for paying registration fees. Families may choose to make a one-time, all-upfront payment, or may choose an initial 25% payment (acceptance fee) + a series of six (6) installment payments (July 1 – December 1). The payment plan includes a 5% service fee.

Is financial aid available?

To be considered for financial aid, please review and complete the forms at https://cityscfrederick.com/club/forms-and-downloads/.

A completed application and supporting documents must be turned in to info@cityscfrederick.com to be considered for financial aid. Families are responsible for the initial deposit/payment of 25% of the annual player registration fees. The maximum financial aid available is 50% of registration fees after the initial deposit payments. 

Do you offer a sibling discount?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount for siblings. Once the sibling with the highest registration fee is paid in full, a sibling discount may be applied to additional player(s)/siblings. Please contact info@cityscfrederick.com to discuss the sibling discount.

Are uniforms included?

Uniforms are purchased separately from registration fees. 

How often do uniforms change?

Uniforms are on a two-year cycle. We are starting a new cycle for the 2026-2027 season. 

We also offer programs for younger soccer players including our Futures (U7/U8) and Mini-Citizens (U6).
